Definition

This class exists as part of the Transportation Controller Trainee Program to develop professional competence as a journey level Transportation Controller while working under the guidance and supervision of SFMTA Transportation Management Center (TMC) and Training staff. Transportation Controller Trainees perform relatively routine tasks designed to train the incumbents to independently perform a range of activities in the TMC.
