Describe how you would approach developing and implementing water resource monitoring programs, with particular focus on streamflow, surface water body assessments, groundwater elevations.


Describe your experience working with water resources programs on a local, state or federal level, emphasizing the collaborations that you fostered and how they impacted the success of the program(s).


Describe your experience with project management. Include, where applicable, the following components: funding, budgeting, data collection, data management, sub-contracting, construction oversight, reporting,  public outreach.


Public Works Assignment:


Describe your work experience and education/training that demonstrates your knowledge and abilities in the following areas: a) facility planning, permitting and construction; b) project management; c) grant application and Board memo writing; and d) public outreach, education and speaking.


Describe your experience and understanding of solid waste management (refuse, recyclables and organics), including the organization, the timeframe, and your role.
