Please describe your experience working in a community mental health or behavioral health system providing either direct care and/or administrative functions. Include your theoretical and practical orientation in providing care to individuals with behavioral health and/or drug or alcohol issues who often are coping with trauma and poverty related conditions.

Please describe your experience in supervising a multidisciplinary medical staff and what you feel are key components to developing and sustaining a robust medical staff. Include your participation in recruiting and supervising psychiatrists and supervising nurse practitioners.
