Describe your education, training and experience in each of the following areas:

a. Community development policy frameworks and implementation of affordable housing policies. Include knowledge of affordable housing production, finance, management and policy development; for example, Housing Element benchmarks for housing production and targeting housing for special needs populations;

b. Tools available to jurisdictions to create or stimulate the creation of affordable housing.

c. Multi-family housing development, including assembling financing, identifying suitable sites, challenges of the entitlement process and the role of public funding in the construction of affordable housing.

2.

Describe your experience working with affordable single-family programs. Include your knowledge of underwriting, preparation of transaction documents, monitoring program compliance and enforcement of program requirements.

3.

Describe your experience with overseeing State and federal grants programs including preparation of applications, reports, fiscal management, program compliance, development of program operational manuals and contracts with third parties.
