Describe your civil litigation experience. Include in your response details concerning your familiarity with discovery and evidentiary procedures in State and Federal courts, motions filed, hearings, trials, appeals, and any related information you believe the reviewing committee should know about your experience. Indicate if you have experience litigating issues arising under 42 U.S.C. section 1983, or issues concerning alleged dangerous conditions of public property, inverse condemnation related to floods or soil subsidence, or general land use.

Describe any experience you have representing public entities in legal matters generally.

Describe any experience you have advising the legislative body of a public entity. Include information concerning whom you represented and specific details about your responsibilities.
