As a Division Director you are responsible for leading a team of leaders (managers, analysts, supervisors and others) who oversee day-to-day operations. Describe how you lead, manage, develop and motivate staff to ensure that department goals are met.   Also, discuss how you go about creating and sustaining a supportive environment and culture.

2.

The enactment of the Continuum of Care Reform and many other California initiatives include significant changes to child welfare program provisions. Please describe and provide specific examples of how your leadership and program experience have prepared you to manage large scale organizational, practice and policy changes.
