Please provide an example of your most complex project and/or program which demonstrates your experience as it relates to any experience that you may have with public sector program planning and program policy development. Include any experience that would relate to providing programs relevant and important for inmates in a jail and/or consumers in a behavioral health setting.

Describe your experience collaborating with diverse groups and how you successfully achieved a common goal. Include how you built credibility within the groups and how that would relate to inmate populations as well as correctional officers and/or behavioral health consumers, contractors and providers.

Please describe strategies you would use to recruit and retain volunteers and contracted providers. Include how you would approach developing these strategies given a challenging environment such as a jail setting or a behavioral health setting.
