Minghua USA, a division of Jiangnan Mold Plastics Technology Corporation, is in the process of opening a new facility in Spartanburg County.  One of the largest suppliers of plastic mold parts in China’s automotive industry, Jiangnan Mold Plastic Technology Corporation specializes in the development, manufacturing and sales of plastic products and hi-tech molds. The company will manufacture a variety of parts and products for original equipment manufacturers and tier one suppliers in the automotive industry.

Assembly Operators - 2nd and 3rd Shift

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 
  • Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. 
  • Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

 

 Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Secondary vocational school education, high school education or above degree.
  • Knowledge of operating instructions, characteristics of different products and quality standards.
  • Communication ability.
  • Sense of professional dedication and awareness of responsibility; positive and initiative attitude; team spirit; awareness of continuous improvement and upgrade by learning.
  • Must be able to lift 45 lbs. with or without manual or mechanical assistance.
  • Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift hours.
