 Job Duties:

• Assisting with work instructions/training plans
• Building pre-series parts
• Learning all facets of production and logistics for the site
• Assisting support functions as needed
• Assisting facilities/production maintenance technicians with various tasks
• Production planning execution according to customer requirements.
• Control and monitoring of change overs
• Daily meeting to inform production planning, personnel issues and quality requirements
• Implementing and maintaining of 5S requirements
• Manage and control of production documents like work descriptions, quality alerts and LPA audits
• Monitoring of 1st part release, quality results (RFQ) and control charts
• Training and evaluations of new operators
• Downtime monitoring, generation and releasing of maintenance orders and PM realization
• Poka-Yoke verification
• Assure raw material provision, subassemblies and packaging to the production lines
