Assembly qualifications and requirements
include:
·
High School Diploma/GED and 2 years in
a mechanical, maintenance, or machining trade school, OR
·
equivalent Associate's Degree and 3
years of experience in a durable goods assembly, OR
·
manufacturing environment; or 5 years
of experience in a durable goods assembly or manufacturing environment.
·
Experience in complex assembly
processes.
·
Experience in manual tasks such as
finishing, deburring, and completing assemblies.
·
Strong quality awareness and a high
sense of responsibility.
·
Ability to work overtime as needed.
·
Applicants must be authorized to work

CNC qualifications and requirements include:
·
Entry level, line
boring: Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator or a
comparable qualification, or a U.S. equivalent such as a mechanical or
machining trade school certificate, an Associate's Degree, or relevant hands-on
experience in a machining environment
·
Direct work as CNC Operator on the
B&W machines: Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic
specializing in production technology, or a comparable 3.5-year apprenticeship
in a metalworking profession, or 2 years of trade school or an equivalent
Associate's Degree, or 3 years of experience in a heavy-duty machining
environment; several years of experience operating NC-controlled machining
centers; and knowledge of Sinumerik One control system

All levels: Strong quality
awareness and a high sense of responsibility; physically resilient, reliable,
and committed; willingness to work shifts and occasional weekends; and the
ability to work overtime as needed

CMM qualifications and requirements include:
- Completed vocational training as an industrial
mechanic, tool mechanic, OR
- A comparable 3.5-year technical apprenticeship in a
metalworking field; OR
- Completion of an apprenticeship, or training program,
OR
- 3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or
industrial tooling in a heavy-duty machining environment.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.

Tool Management Technician qualifications and requirements
include:
- High School Diploma/GED and completion of an
apprenticeship or training program, or 3 years of previous experience in
mechanical, electrical, or industrial tooling management in a heavy-duty
machining environment.
- Shift: Off-Shift hours are 7:30pm to 6:00am, Monday
night through Thursday night.
- Ability to work overtime as needed
