Brake Press Operator
Job Duties:
- Operate Accurpress CNC brake press
- Set dies and create load cutting programs for accurate forming of parts
- Interpret and follow shop drawings & use measuring tools to produce constant quality parts
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep a clean and organized work area
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment
- Work collaboratively and demonstrate consistent reliability
- Required to learn and operate Mitsubishi laser cutting machine as part of this position
- Must be prepared to work in other areas and departments in the facility if asked to do so
Experience Required:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with metal forming brake press equipment
- Accurpress experience preferred
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings
- Proven attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Must be enthusiastic, flexible, punctual and ready to learn new skills

Location: Gaffney, SC
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Position: Full-time
Wage: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Experience: 1–2 years operating brake press machinery
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in metal fabrication or manufacturing preferred

Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
