Packer-Bags Machine Operator-Bags Material Handler
Qualifications and requirements include:
Packer- Bags
- Fold and pack bags according to product standards, track counts, and record first/last bag numbers.
- Use MES to assign machines, monitor production, and stop lines if defects continue.
- Inspect and sort bags, perform basic quality checks, and manage sorting orders.
- Support material changes, assist drivers, cover breaks, and keep the workstation clean and safe.
Machine Operator- Bags
- Follow all safety policies, complete required training, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Operate and troubleshoot assembly equipment, feeders, loaders, and label printers.
- Perform inspections, maintain traceability logs, and ensure product quality.
- Support team operations, follow procedures (including lock-out/tag-out), and assist other departments as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Follow all safety policies, complete required training, and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Operate forklifts, material handling equipment, RF scanners, and box machines to move, stock, and track materials.
- Maintain raw material and WIP areas, support production flow, and complete required logs and reports.
- Work with all departments to meet daily tasks, back up team members, and perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years of material handling experience and forklift operation preferred.
