Winar Connection, Inc. is a custom cable assembly, wire harness, and inventory vendor distributer.  Established in 1982, Winar Connection Inc. has been focused on continuous improvement and providing world-class products and services to our customers.  We are seeking qualified candidates for the start-up of our new SC facility in Spartanburg.

Assemble products in accordance with established standards by performing the following duties.

Job Duties 

• Assemble and assign product parts on assembly line in accordance with production guidelines
• Perform spot checks of products to ensure adherences to approved quality standards
• Notifies management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions
• Adheres to established company policies and procures paying special attention to safety regulations
• Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines
• Performs quality workmanship in a timely manner
• Maintains quality control work areas in a clean, and safe orderly manner
• Heat shrink tubing and labeling
• Crimping
• Perform any task that management asks of you
• It is important that all employees to be aware and understand:
  o Each employee has the authority to stop a process based on a non-conformance
  o Ensure that all documented information is controlled with dates and approvals
  o Ensure that any measuring devices are calibrated when used to verify product
  o Understand the Quality Policy and how you support it in your job
  o Know how you have been trained to do your job, either through experience, on the job training or education
  o Ensure that all product is properly identified, and the status is clear
