This is the supplemental questionnaire for the classification of Eligibility Specialist - Trainee. Part I will not be scored but is provided for the applicant to review prior to completing the questionnaire. Parts II and III will not be scored but will be available to hiring authorities for interview and selection determination.

The equivalent to the completion of twelfth grade AND six (6) months of clerical experience that includes substantial public contact?

OR

The equivalent to the completion of the equivalent of fifteen (15) semester units in social services, sociology, social work, psychology, behavioral science, business or public administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university?
