This supplemental questionnaire will serve as the Civil Service examination for this recruitment and will be scored based on your checked responses below. Scores received from this section will determine applicant ranking and placement on the eligible list. Narratives provided by applicants describing training and/or experience will not be scored but will be available to the hiring authority and may be utilized for interview and selection determination.

INSTRUCTIONS: For the following questions, please indicate your level of experience:

Providing assistance and resources to the small business community, responding to inquiries from prospective businesses, and making referrals and/or introductions as appropriate.

Developing business services programs.

Collecting and analyzing data and preparing a variety of comprehensive studies, proposals, and reports.

Participating in administering and managing contracts.

Identifying applicable federal, state, and private grant opportunities, writing grant applications, and administering successful grant awards.

Working closely with local county and city officials to assist businesses with locating and/or expanding in a region.
