PART I: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS SCREENING (NOT SCORED)

Part I of this supplemental questionnaire will serve as a minimum qualifications screening tool and will not be scored.  Please select how you meet the minimum qualifications for education/training.

PART II:  ASSIGNMENT PREFERENCE (NOT SCORED)

Part II of the questionnaire will not be rated but will be screened for Assignment Preference. Please check the appropriate box for each assignment you are interested in. You may select one or both.

Detection Trapping Program:  Assignment duties include servicing insect detection traps for the various insect detection programs, identifying landscaping plants, reading and following maps, as well as keeping detailed records of hours, mileage and trap numbers.

Noxious Weed Abatement Program:  Assignment duties include identifying noxious weeds, following rigorous safety protocols, and keeping detailed records of hours, mileage and pesticide applications. Assignments in this program require applying, mixing and loading of herbicides after completing department training. These assignments also require frequent trips from Auburn to the Tahoe area, a county truck will be provided.

PART III: TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE EXAMINATION (SCORED)

This supplemental questionnaire will serve as the Civil Service examination for this recruitment and will be scored based on your checked responses below.

Scores received from this section will determine applicant ranking and placement on the eligible list. Resumes, letters, and other materials will not be evaluated or considered as responses to the items in the supplemental questionnaire. In addition, responses to this questionnaire will not be used for determining minimum qualifications for this position.
