Parts I,II and III will not be scored or used for determining minimum qualifications but are provided for the applicant to review prior to completing the questionnaire and may also be used when determining assignment. Part IV will be scored based on your checked responses. Narratives provided by applicants describing training and/or experience will not be scored but will be available to the hiring authority and may be utilized for interview and selection determinations.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT RESOURCE AGENCY: The Agency provides centralized administration and support services to departments under the Community Development Resource Agency (CDRA) umbrella: Planning, Building Inspection, Building Services and Engineering and Surveying.  Programs specific to CDRA include improvement plan check, environmental review coordination, geographic information services (GIS), information technology support, accounting, auditing, and front counter services, including Tahoe functions and Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) interface.

PUBLIC WORKS: Includes the following divisions:  Transportation, Engineering, Roadways and Bridges, Fleet Services, Road Maintenance, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and Administration with offices located in Auburn and North Lake Tahoe.  DPW provides public transportation, engineering design and construction, storm-water management, bridge rehabilitations, and roadway maintenance of public roads including snow removal.
