This is the supplemental questionnaire for the classification of Code Compliance Officer - I. Part I will not be scored nor used for determining minimum qualifications but is provided for the applicant to review prior to completing the questionnaire and may also be used when determining assignment. Part II will be scored based on your checked responses.  Narratives provided by applicants describing training and/or experience will not be scored but will be available to the hiring authority and may be utilized for interview and selection determinations.

Part I: Minimum Qualifications

This section will not be scored but may assist the applicant with determining how he/she meets the minimum qualifications for this position.

Do you possess at least one year of public contact involving interpretation and explanation or enforcement of laws and regulations. Law enforcement experience will also be considered as qualifying.

If No, should you have the equivalent of an Associate’s Degree in planning, building/construction, criminal justice or a related field to substitute for the two experience requirement, please check the box below and include in your application the degree and units.

Part II: Relevant Knowledge and Experience – Scored Examination

This section of the supplemental questionnaire is the examination for this position. This supplemental questionnaire will be scored based on your checked responses below.
