Performing a variety of specialized duties in support of technology functions including applications, network, business processes and related technology areas.

Assisting users of a specific software application where detailed knowledge of the specific application is required.

Troubleshooting, debugging and resolving a variety of operations and/or business-process related software applications problems.

Troubleshooting new applications and/or systems to ensure functional operation.

Installing, configuring, customizing and administering a variety of commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) and vendor developed applications.

Designing and directing project testing and quality assurance processes.

Preparing technical reports, correspondence, and other documents.

Developing training materials and conducting training pertaining to the use of new or modified applications and/or systems for users and other information technology staff.

Serving on project teams providing technical assistance.

Providing support for critical incidents by performing troubleshooting and providing communication during an incident.
