This is the supplemental questionnaire for the classification of Civil Engineer - Associate. The eligible list derived from this recruitment will be used to fill vacancies for the Department of Public Works.

By continuing in this examination process, you are certifying that all information provided in the supplemental questionnaire is true to the best of your knowledge. If selected for an interview, you may be required to display and respond to questions to validate your responses to this exam.

NOTE: We recognize the multiple program areas within the civil engineering field and that applicants will not possess experience in all program areas questioned in this exam. Applicants will be considered for assignments in program area(s) where applicants indicate experience in Part II of this supplemental questionnaire.
