Supplemental Questionnaire

The following supplemental questionnaire is the examination for this recruitment and will be used to determine your examination score. Based on your responses to Section I of this supplemental questionnaire, your job-related training and experience will be evaluated using a pre-determined formula. Section II will NOT be scored but the hiring department may consider your response for the purpose of determining which applicants to invite to a hiring interview.

Note: The supplemental questionnaire and the application are administered as two separate documents.  The supplemental questionnaire is the only item used to determine your examination score which will determine your ranking and placement on the eligible list.

SCENARIO: As the Child Support Supervisor, you receive a complaint from a child support customer who is angry at the quality of service he/she is receiving from one of your employees.  The customer has requested a new case manager.  Please describe the steps you would take to resolve this situation.
