The following supplemental questionnaire is the examination for this recruitment and will be used to determine your examination score and placement on the eligible list. Note: The supplemental questionnaire and the application are administered as two separate documents. Panel members assigned to review and score the written responses to the supplemental questionnaire will ONLY have access to these responses. They will NOT have access to any information contained in the application or resume.
It is recommended that you respond to all questions with concise but detailed answers and provide all requested information in each response. Each answer will be scored separately on its own merit.

SECTION I - BEST QUALIFIED SCREENING (PASS/FAIL)
This section of the supplemental questionnaire MAY be used to conduct an application screening to select a reasonable number of the best-qualified applicants who will proceed to the next phase of the recruitment process. The best-qualified screening will be based upon your responses to the items in this section.

SECTION II - RELEVANT TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE (SCORED EXAMINATION)
Based on your responses, your job-related training and experience will be evaluated using a pre-determined formula. Scores from this section will determine applicant ranking and placement on the eligible list.

Describe your experience developing a team’s abilities in the areas of Problem Management with endpoints, specifically related to deep forensics for identifying root cause and resolution. How did you provide direction and guidance to bring the team together? How did you share knowledge after the event?
2.
Describe your experience with analyzing existing endpoint management (especially SCCM) environments and designing, optimizing and implementing SCCM environments. Include in your answer how you engaged other organizations and stakeholders in the process.
3.
Describe your experience with designing and deploying updates-in-place to Microsoft Windows 10 using SCCM, e.g. 1607 to 1709. Include in your response specific duties performed, how you coordinated with other administrators, and how you maintained effective communications with other support staff and customers.
4.
Describe your experience with third-party application patching using SCCM (e.g. patching Java or Acrobat Reader).
5.
Describe your experience integrating service desk ticketing systems, especially Service Now, with SCCM. Include in your response:
Asset Management;
Operations Management;
Software Deployments; and
Discovery Tools.
6.
Describe your experience with security vulnerability remediation. Include in your response specific applications you have used to identify and report on these vulnerabilities and how you have used SCCM to remediate them.
