Supplemental Questionnaire

This supplemental questionnaire is the examination for this recruitment.  Based on your responses to this supplemental questionnaire, your job-related training and experience will be evaluated using a pre-determined formula.  Scores from this supplemental questionnaire will determine applicant ranking and placement on the eligible list.  The supplemental questionnaire is the only item used to determine your examination score.
