Work Location: Customer Service Division, CSB – Oklahoma City
Working Title: Customer Assistance Representative
•Provides exceptional customer assistance and resolves Transportation problems.
•Operates computers using multiple computer programs.
•Handles a high volume of customers daily via face-to-face and/or via voice.
•Updates customer information.
•Explains credit card and bank draft procedures; posts credit card payments to customer accounts.
•Corrects billing charge errors up to approved specified limits.
•Performs a variety of other customer service related duties.
Skills and Abilities:
•Customer service skills, excellent speaking and listening skills and proper telephone etiquette.
•Ability to learn and navigate computers and new software quickly.
Level II: One year of experience in clerical office work; or as a customer service representative; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting thirty semester hours of college, including six semester hours in business or public administration for the required experience plus two years of experience in customer service, call center, bookkeeping or closely related work.
