Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is recruiting for compassionate, dedicated behavioral health professionals! Help us make a difference in the lives of all Oklahomans. About the Position: NCBH is looking for a Case Managers to work as part of the Comprehensive Crisis Response System on the Mobile Crisis Team. This case manager will respond, as part of a team, when deployed by the new 988 call center and facility. This Team responds 24/7 and three shifts are available. This position will prove de-escalation techniques, skills, case management, referral, support and consultation/advocacy with existing supports and services for adults, youth and children experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis.
Employee will receive on-call rate and generous shift differentials for after-hours work.

Annual Salary: up to $48,000.00 (Salary range is based on experience, tenure and certification)
Primary Working Hours: Flexible Shift work for 24/7 coverage to include evenings, nights and weekends.
Location: Woodward Outpatient / some remote options may be available for evening/ nights but restrictions may apply!

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II - A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and Two (2) years of professional experience in professional case management behavioral health services.
Behavioral Health Case Manager II - Requires a baccalaureate degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field.
Behavioral Health Case Manager I - Completed 60 college credit hours; or High school diploma and 36 total months of experience working with persons who have a mental illness.

Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background.
Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary.
