This position is located in Facilities Management, District 9, Oklahoma City.

Salary:  66,900.00

Job Duties:  
This position will be responsible for small central office construction projects along with actual hands-on maintenance.  This position will also maintain an alter floor plans for the Central Office.  This position will handle all security for the Central Office including badges and gate access with PikePass numbers at our central garage.   They will be charged with hands on maintenance at our Port of Entry's & Weigh Stations, and helping OTA as needed.  

Typical Functions:
-Supervise and assist our CMA I.
-Manage card reader system to create employee ID badges, access codes and routine backup of the database.
-Manage all security footage and retrieve footage for General Counsel and Senior Staff.
-Serve as contact point for OMES CAPS team, outside vendors and contractors on special projects.
-Responsible for planning and scheduling preventative maintenance, troubleshooting dismantles, repairs and reassembles complex equipment for all Central Office facilities. 
-Conduct activities to manage facilities for special Events/Meetings.
-Involved in administrative office building safety along with routine fire extinguisher  AED's safety checks.
-Conduct general building repairs and cubical furniture revisions.
-Participate in Emergency Response Team as needed within the COOP.
-Complete and process ODOT work order assignments. 

Level Descriptor
At this level employees are responsible for a general maintenance program which is large in size and scope and similar construction and maintenance programs involving energy conservation, fire prevention, maintenance and repair, and maintenance and renovation of state properties.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required at this level include knowledge of the applicable construction or maintenance trade to which the position is assigned; of related federal and state laws and regulations; of report writing; and of supervisory principles and practices.  Ability is required to perform administrative duties; to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; and to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of six years of experience in skilled building trade or maintenance work involving the construction, maintenance, alteration and/or repair of buildings, grounds and utilities, including three years of supervising employees, inmates, or contractors in one of the fields listed above; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of college or technical school training in the building or construction trades for each year of the required non-supervisory experience.
