Monthly Salary Range: Minimum Midpoint Maximum
Level I (Pay Band J) $2,549.42 $3,739.17 $4,674.00
Level II (Pay Band L) $3,065.33 $4,495.75 $5,619.75
Essential Functions:
This position is responsible for managing operations for the Oklahoma Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (OLBPH); maintains service contracts for building maintenance; facility upkeep and repairs such as yard/lawn, HVAC, business equipment, telephone system, alarm system; purchases supplies and equipment; vehicle upkeep and monthly reporting; ensures purchasing, invoices and payments comply with state laws as P-Card holder and acts as requisition/purchasing agent for the OLBPH; has oversight of building/facility projects.
Applicants must be willing to perform all job-related travel.
Trial period (if applicable) is required.

Level I - requirements at this level consist of a bachelor's degree and one year of professional or technical administrative* experience in business or public administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education. *Technical administrative experience would include highly complex clerical work gained under the direct supervision of a professional supervisor or manager. *
Level II - requirements at this level consist of a bachelor's degree and three (3) years of professional experience in business or public administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of technical administrative* experience for each year of the required bachelor's degree. One year of technical administrative* experience may also be substituted for one year only of the required experience. *Technical administrative experience would include highly complex clerical work gained under the direct supervision of a professional supervisor or manager.
