Temporary Laboratory Technician

This position is located in the Evidence Unit in the Criminalistics Services Division at the Forensic Science Center in Edmond, OK.

This position is a part-time, 999 Temporary Position. Applicants may work up to 29 hours per week (Monday - Friday, flexible on days and hours per week).

SALARY: $11.68/hour
*This is a part-time position that is not entitled to state benefits.

JOB DUTIES:
1. Property Room/Chemical Inventory
2. General Lab Cleaning and Maintenance
3. Perform Routine Lab Safety
4. Assist in Ordering Supplies
5. Prepare Lab Reagents/QC
6. Other Duties As Assigned

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
1. General Lab Knowledge
2. Effective Communication
3. Lift, Sit, Stand, Stoop, Etc.
4. Basic Computer Skills
