Rehabilitation Technician, Level II, K20B
Location: VR09 – ESS OLBPH

Essential Functions: Position is responsible to prepare employment contracts and send them to contractors using the Adobe Sign (esign) process; maintain physical and scanned files related to contracts, contractors, and Programs Field Representatives according to the agency filing standing; upload an/or scan ESS unit files into the Laserfiche document management system; timely and accurate submission of monthly reports; receive and process Incentive Payment requests; accurate and timely maintenance of the internal SharePoint webpage/Microsoft 365 ESS Teams site; develops and maintains complex spreadsheets, databases; assists the Programs Field Representative in all phases of gathering, reporting, and maintaining contract data in multiple databases and/or spreadsheets; creates reports from collected data when requested; initiates and sends ESS Unit related correspondence, as needed. Additional duties include but not limited to performing general office and reception duties such as maintaining office supplies, copy/scan/fax machine, inventory list, requesting staff supply needs quarterly, and attending meetings as required.
Applicant must be willing to perform all job-related travel.
Trial period (if applicable) is required.
