Rehabilitation Technician, Level II, K20B

This position is responsible for maintaining physical and scanned case files according to agency filing standards; timely and accurate processing of case information through the client data system including applications, eligibility data, IPE’s case narratives and authorizations per agency policy; assists VR Specialist in all phases of case management including applications, interviews, arranging diagnostic information, running monthly reports, gathering verification information and sending case related correspondences; performs general office and reception duties as assigned to carry out the needs of the office; providing information to consumers and vendors regarding the purpose and process of the agency, as well as obtaining information necessary and making appropriate referrals to additional or alternative resources.
Applicant must be willing to perform all job-related travel.
Trial period (if applicable) is required.
