About the Position: This position attends and participates fully in the organizational work of the facility and department and serves as the facility’s Grievance Manager and supervises the staff that work to address consumer grievances. Responsible for the day-to-day performance improvement and program evaluation activities for CRC serves as a liaison to the various accrediting and regulating bodies. This position is responsible for the vision and direction of the Training Team and works collectively with them to develop a highly trained workforce. The Assistant Director is a key member of management team, ensures effective integration of clinical services into overall organization and plays a significant role in the Development of Policies and Procedures and serves in the capacity of Executive Director in the absence of and/or as directed.

Job Type/Salary:
• Open 05/20/2022-06/13/2022
• Full-time Monday – Friday  8am-5pm
• Annual Salary range is $78,000 - $90,405 depending on licensure, EBP certifications and DMH tenure.
• FLSA Status: Exempt

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Business, Public Administration, Nursing, Human Relations, Education, Communication, Social Work or Health Administration or closely related field AND three years administrative experience within a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility, children’s treatment facility, or a health care or social services setting OR a Bachelor’s degree and four years of experience with three years administrative experience within a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility, children’s treatment facility or a health care or social services setting.

Special Requirements:
Preference given to applicants that are Licensed Mental Health Professionals or have extensive clinical psychiatric experience.

About the facility: Children’s Recovery Center of Oklahoma (CRC) is in Norman, Oklahoma, and serves all 77 counties in Oklahoma as the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) treatment center for young people ages 13 through 17.  CRC provides community crisis stabilization and residential treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health and trauma related conditions.
