Salary: $14.71-$26.97 hourly / $2,549.43-$4,673.96 monthly / $30,593.20-$56,087.54 annual, depending on experience.

Events Coordinator Responsibilities
• 40 hours per week variable schedule Monday through Saturday including some evenings and some holidays. Previous demonstrated events management or coordination recommended.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge and experience with Office 365, Event scheduling software, CAD (Computer Aided Design program), and Internet proficiency. Coordinator will prepare and maintain contracts, financial records and all correspondence with clients.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills, telephone etiquette, preparing formal and casual business letters and emails. Position will schedule and meet with potential clients, provide facility tours, and work to coordinate details for events.
• Evening events are assigned to an individual coordinator to supervise the event from set up through final clean up. Coordinators direct, supervise and approve room layouts by set up staff, set up, test, operate and troubleshoot, break down and properly store AV/IT as necessary. At the end of each event a check list is prepared, signed and noted as a final report to be reviewed by the Events Manage.
Bachelor’s degree or experience in Events, food service and/or catering. Customer service background a plus, ability to work alone or within a group setting. Preferred candidate would have 3 to 5 years experience events or catering.
