Level III (Pay Band I) $2,852.38 $34,228.55
Level II (Pay Band H) $2,680.81 $32,169.72
Level I (Pay Band H) $2,553.14 $30,637.68
Essential Functions:
Works as a team member assisting with scheduling all aspects of client testing process, scanning, scoring assessments and assisting with vocational evaluations and/or psychological testing, proofreading and other related activities of Career Planning Center in the provision of direct client services; enters information into the Agency Data Management System; schedules testing/evaluation appointments for clients; sends written correspondence to clients, Vocational Rehabilitation Specialists, evaluation professionals and vendors; assist with intake of clients for testing/evaluations; typing of reports; organization and maintenance of supplies; testing files and testing room materials/equipment; coordination and scheduling of conference room; will share responsibility for reception, telephone, and general office duties such as copying, faxing and scanning.
Applicant must be willing to perform all job-related travel.
Trial period (if applicable) is required.

Level I:
Requirements at this level consist of one year of technical clerical experience.
Level II:
Requirements at this level consist of two years of technical clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Level III:
Requirements at this level consist of two years of technical clerical experience plus one year of technical clerical experience in a vocational rehabilitation program; or a bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation counseling, orientation and mobility, rehabilitation teaching or vocational evaluation; or a bachelor’s degree in education, a behavioral science or a closely related field and one year of experience in career counseling, job placement, habilitation or a rehabilitation related field.
