Job Details
• Full-time 40-hour work weeks.
• Supports the Capital Assets Management Division (CAM)
• Salary up to $36,854.00

Responsibilities
· Assist with maintenance of multiple state buildings managed by Office of Facilities
  Management.
· Perform complex maintenance and repair activities with minimal supervision.
· Perform assigned preventative maintenance activities on air handlers, pumps, motors, and
  other associated HVAC equipment. 
· Set up events within facilities managed by the Office of Facilities Management to ensure
  occupant safety.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
● Physical demands include the ability to bend, crouch, stoop, sit and/or lift objects weighing
  50 pounds or more.
● Some extended hours including evenings and weekends maybe required.
