Introduction

Hiring Rate: $1,320.62 Bi-Weekly

This position is located in the Environmental Complaints & Local Services Division - Storm Water and Minor Water Section in Oklahoma City, OK.

Major Job Duties:
1.Process stormwater authorizations associated with both new and renewed industrial and construction sites.
2.Processing No Exposure Certifications.
3.Processing all stormwater Annual Comprehensive Site Compliance Evaluation Reports.
4.Entry of data from forms into Access databases.
5.Creating correspondence for both internal and external customers.

Requirements:
1.Travel – Employee may be asked to travel for training or meetings.
2.Communication Skills – Employee must be capable of professionally and effectively communicating (verbally, in writing, and email) with co-workers and customers.
3.Computer Skills – Employee must be capable of proficiently using DEQ standard software (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access).  Employee will be expected to participate in training in those areas deemed important for performing the job or to enhance work performance.
4.Flexibility and Responsiveness – Employee must exhibit positive responsiveness with assigned tasks and with newly identified projects.  The employee must be capable of working as a team member and individually to meet and advance the overall Agency or Division goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

One year of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
