About the Position:
We are looking for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to join our evening and night shift teams in our Behavioral Health Urgent Care. This position performs crisis intervention services through evaluations and assessments linkage to resources in collaboration with community partners. Behavioral Health Urgent Care provides timely access to behavioral health services for adults 18 and over presenting in a mental health crisis. The program is designed as an alternative treatment setting for those who need urgent (same day) intervention, but do not necessarily require the services of the Emergency Room.
• Full-Time position
• Annual Salary starts at $62,000 and increases depending on certification and tenure with DMHSAS
• Shift differentials when working evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• FLSA Status: Exempt
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Completion of curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in psychology, social work, guidance and counseling, or closely related field. Must possess a license as an LMH, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC-MH, or similar license in the behavioral health field.

Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center in Lawton, OK is a community-based center with a primary focus on mental health and substance abuse treatment.
