Rehabilitation Technician, Level I, K20A

Location: VR38 – Okmulgee

Monthly/Annual Salary:           Monthly            Annual 
Level I (Pay Band H)                 $2,553.14        $30,637.68

Essential Functions:
Position supports two VR Specialists in Okmulgee, McIntosh, and Okfuskee counties. This position is responsible for maintaining physical and scanned files according to the agency filing standards. Duties include timely and accurate processing of case information through the client data system, including but not limited to applications, eligibility data, Individual Plans for Employment (IPE’s), case narratives and authorizations per agency policy; assisting the VR Specialists in all phases of case management including application interviews, arranging and gathering diagnostic information, running monthly reports, gathering verification information and sending case related correspondences. Additional duties include performing general office and reception duties; as well as obtaining information necessary to make appropriate referrals to additional or alternative resources.

Applicant must be willing to perform all job-related travel.  

Trial period (if applicable) is required.

Background Check:

Level I:
Requirements at this level consist of one year of technical clerical experience.
