Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is recruiting for compassionate, dedicated behavioral health professionals! Help us make a difference in the lives of all Oklahomans.  About the Position: NCBH is looking for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to provide short-term crisis response, stabilization and intervention for individuals experiencing a mental health or chemical dependency crisis as part of the Urgent Recovery Center located in Enid, Oklahoma. This crisis position will provide oversite/manage the Enid Urgent Recovery Center. The program is designed as an alternative treatment setting for those who need urgent (same day) intervention, but do not necessarily require the services of the Emergency Room. The person selected for this position will utilize tele-medicine, telephone and in person visits to provide assessment, short-term counseling, crisis management and collaborative crisis planning for solution-focused outcomes and referrals for follow-up services and treatment. Candidates should have knowledge of community resources and have the ability to develop and maintain strong community coalitions.

Examples of Work Performed:
Supervises a clinical team in methods which ensure the ongoing development of staff to perform high quality, integrated, comprehensive, and individualized care.

Directs the clinical team’s services to achieve the individual’s self-identified goals and the organization-defined recovery and wellness outcomes for the individuals in services.

Ensures clinical team provides culturally and linguistically responsive services consistent with the priorities and values of the organization, giving priority to reducing disparities in access to service.

Provides staff evaluations and completes other organization defined administrative duties.

Interviews individuals and families by telehealth and/or in-person to explore needs and resources of those requesting services.

Develops treatment plans in collaboration with individuals/families in services and a clinical team.

Provides assessments; individual, group and family counseling; and crisis intervention, ensuring services are individualized, provided with high fidelity to evidence-based approaches, documented to facility policy, and within direct care service standards set by the organization.

Participates in interdisciplinary staffing and clinical consultations to ensure a high quality of clinical care and ensure the needs of individuals served are met.

Participates in on call rotations within the facility to ensure continuity of care to individuals in services.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Type/ Salary:

Full-time Position
Salary Range: $67,000 (Salary based on experience, tenure and certifications)
Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH) - Crisis
Additional $1,000 annually for Evidence Based Practice Certification
Additional $3,000 annual for Licensure Supervision - while actively supervising
Additional ODMHSAS 5% longevity payment at anniversary of 1 and 3 years of service!
FLSA Status: Exempt

Education and Experience
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field; and Must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state of Oklahoma issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (examples include: Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH)

Special Requirements
Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background.

Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary. 

Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs.  Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
