Behavioral Health Case Manager II

Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is currently accepting resumes for a Behavioral Case Manager II to provide direct mental health services to adults at our Acute Care facility located in Fort Supply. Under immediate to general supervision assists in the provision of telehealth and in person contact, screening and referral. Interviews clients and families to obtain information relevant to assessing resources, needs and appropriate levels of intervention. Reports data to treatment teams for consideration in the development of an intervention plan.

BHCM II - $41,000
BHCM I - $38,000
Primary Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
BHCM II - Requires a baccalaureate degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field.
BHCM I - Completed 60 college credit hours; or High school diploma and 36 total months of experience working with persons who have a mental illness.

We are licensed and Joint Commission accredited since 1974. We provide complete mental health and substance abuse services for the individuals of Northwest Oklahoma in our outpatient offices, residential substance abuse program and our inpatient psychiatric unit. We are currently recruiting for Behavioral Health Case Manager II at our Fort Supply facility. We have other positions available in Woodward, Enid, Alva, Fairview and Guymon!
Special Requirements:
Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background.
Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary.
Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
(if Required) Applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and be able to pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.
THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
