ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY, DISTRICT 3
LOCATION:
  MANGUM, GREER COUNTY
STATUS:  FULL-TIME, IMMEDIATE OPENING
SALARY:  COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

POSITION SUMMARY
District Three is seeking an Assistant District Attorney for the Greer County Office to perform a variety of professional duties. More specifically, prosecute criminal offenses, including both felony and misdemeanor cases; handling of juvenile cases, including neglect, delinquency and child in need of supervision cases, providing legal services related to county government operations and other duties assigned.  Specific assignment of duties will vary based on experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Experience is not required, will consider newly licensed attorneys and those sitting for the February bar exam.
    
Juris Doctorate from accredited law school.

Admitted to and in good standing with Oklahoma Bar Association.

Required to live within one of the counties in District 3 (Greer, Kiowa, Jackson, Harmon, Tillman).
