Temporary Administrative Technician

This position is located in the Crime Scene Unit in the Investigative Services Division in Oklahoma City..

This position is a part-time, 999 Temporary position. Applicants may work up to 29 hours per week (Monday-Friday, flexible on days and hours per week).

Salary: $11.68/hour
*This is a part-time position that is not entitled to state benefits.

JOB DUTIES:
1. Physical Evidence Tasks
2. Communications / Reports
3. Courtroom Testimony
4. Special projects

Successful applicants must be willing to submit to a polygraph examination and a thorough background investigation.  Certain events automatically disqualify an applicant such as a felony charge, failure to pay federal or state income tax, positive confirmed drug urine test, and illegal use of a controlled substance within certain time frames.

Preferred Requirements:
1. Verbal and written communication in English
2. Interpersonal skills
3. Basic computer knowledge
4. Ability to handle/move items up to 100 pounds, with mechanical assistance
