Vending Facility Business Consultant II, K31B
Location:  SBVI 33 – BEP, OKC

Essential Functions: 
This position is responsible for providing extensive consultation with the Randolph-Sheppard Business Enterprise Program Licensed Managers in all aspects of good business practices. Duties include promoting business opportunities for the blind and visually impaired by seeking new locations for vending facilities that consist of snack bars, cafes, cafeterias and vending machines. Duties also include recommending and coordinating training for blind and visually impaired vendors and monitoring to ensure Licensed Manager compliance with federal, state, and agency policies and procedures associated with the restaurant and vending industries.

Applicant must be willing to perform all job related travel. 

Trial period is required.

Level I- requirements consist of a bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant administration, accounting, culinary arts or a closely related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of experience in the operation of vending facilities, snack bars, cafes, cafeterias or restaurants for each year of required education. 

Level II- requirements at this level consist of those identified in Level I plus two years of additional experience as a Vending Facility Business Consultant
