The Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) Project Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of projects of various sizes and complexity in the Toll Operations Division. 

Key Duties:
•Prepares, plans, and coordinates project submittals including reports and schedules.
•Sets and ensures quality standards for project deliverables.
•Helps define project scope, goals and deliverables; ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget; maintains and forecasts the actuals of project scope and schedule.
•Coordinates project changes and change resolution.
•Communicates relevant project information to applicable stakeholders and upper management.
•Maintains effective line of communication with Engineering, Construction, IT/Networking and Toll Integrator through duration of the project.
•Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure each project meets KPI’s and complies with data integrity requirements.
•Coordinates, attends, and leads some project meetings; maintains project notes, files and agendas.
•Escalates all risks and issues as necessary to higher level.

•Computer software including Word, Excel, Outlook

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and two years of project implementation experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of experience for each year of education.

Special Requirements:
Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill all job-related travel normally associated with this position and must possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license in order to operate OTA vehicles.
