Executive Assistant

This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK.

About the Position:
The individual chosen for this position will perform confidential secretarial work for Executive Leadership of the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS). The responsibilities of this position would include, but not be limited to, correspond via telephone and email with all customers, including senior level individuals within and outside of Oklahoma as well as organize meetings and manage the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters.  This position will also serve as the ODMHSAS Board secretary and will maintain the schedule for the board and subcommittee meetings as well as take minutes for the meetings.

• Primary Working Hours are M-f; 8-5
• FLSA Status:  Exempt

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Six years of clerical office work, including three years of secretarial experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Special Requirements:
Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position.
