This position is located in the Human Resources Unit in the Support Services Division at OSBI Headquarters in Oklahoma City.

This position is a part-time, 999 Temporary position. Applicants may work up to 29 hours per week (Monday - Friday, flexible on days and hours per week).

SALARY: $11.68/hour
*This is a part-time position that is not entitled to state benefits.

JOB DUTIES:
1. Maintains all HR files
2. Prepares routine correspondence, reports, and logs in support of HR functions
3. Scans documents and prepares files for archival
4. Provides assistance to HRMS, HRMS Supervisor, and HR Program Manager
5. Routinely updates HR databases
6. Responsible for inventory and making employee credentials and badges

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
1. Clerical office work experience
2. Ability to handle confidential information
3. Detail-oriented and decision-making skills
4. Written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation

Successful applicants must be willing to submit to a polygraph examination and a thorough background investigation.  Certain events automatically disqualify an applicant: a felony charge, failure to pay federal or state income tax, positive confirmed drug urine test, and illegal use of a controlled substance within certain time frames.
