The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Attorney General for our Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.

Position Summary:
The Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Attorney General to be located in the Oklahoma City office.  The Medicaid Fraud Control Unit investigates and prosecutes Medicaid fraud as well as abuse, neglect, exploitation and drug diversion in long term board and care facilities.  The civil component of the unit investigates and litigates Medicaid fraud through civil procedures with extensive involvement in qui tam filings. 

Qualifications:
Applicants with experience and knowledgeable in the area of civil litigation with preference to experience in healthcare law.  Applicants must be licensed in the State of Oklahoma.  Position requires some knowledge and use of Word and Excel spreadsheets.
