BASIC PURPOSE

Positions in this job family are responsible for performing technical clerical work and providing administrative support in the preparation of cases for legal or administrative hearings.

LEVEL DESCRIPTORS

The Docket Clerk job family consists of three levels which are distinguished by the complexity of the work assigned, the experience required to perform assigned tasks, and the responsibility assigned for providing leadership to others..

Level I:   
This is the basic level of this job family where employees are assigned responsibilities involving beginning level technical clerical and administrative support duties in accepting, preparing, and processing documents related to legal and administrative hearings.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Level I:    
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of four years of experience in technical clerical work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
