Location:  Tulsa, OK

The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant for our Tulsa office.

Position Summary
Job duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:  answering phones, greeting and directing guests,  receiving and logging mail and deliveries, issuing and reconciling parking stamps, updating court calendar, data entry, scheduling reservations for agency fleet vehicles and conference rooms, scheduling appointments, and requesting building maintenance.

Job duties will also include providing legal assistance to staff attorneys, and drafting correspondence to different agencies, courts and other entities to obtain and verify documents as well as scheduling meetings with multiple agencies. Most duties will require public contact so employee must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.  Successful candidate must maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of information as required by the Attorney General.

Qualifications:
Strong preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of state and federal government agencies and managing and scheduling calendars and appointments.  Professional appearance and excellent communication skills are required.
