Work Location: Customer Service Center, Oklahoma City

Key Duties:
•Manages the day-to-day operations of the Change Control Inventory and Accounting Branch of the Customer Service Division;
•Applies principles and concepts of accounting to assignments including reconciliation, preparation, analysis, and interpretation of financial data, including how it relates to customer accounts;
•Prepares preliminary budget detail;
•Identifies and tracks required software changes and coordinates the changes, testing and implementation with the IT Division; 
•Interacts with other departments to improve communications and overall accounting efficiencies;
•Provides recommendations for process and procedure improvement through analysis of business operations trends, costs and revenues; and
•Maintains and reconciles inventory.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Include knowledge of supervisory practices; of inventory control; ability to supervise and direct the work of others; proficiency with Excel; knowledge of governmental accounting standards and ability to perform highly independent work, make independent decisions and resolve complex accounting and financial problems; strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration with four years professional accounting experience, including two years in a supervisory capacity.
