Primary Working Hours:  8-5

Primary Work Location: Northwest Center for Behavioral Health, Guymon, OK

Annual Salary Range:  Senior Triage Specialist, 1403 - $46,800+
Alternate Hiring:  Triage Specialist II, 4856 - $40,482+

Major Work Duties
Join our team of dedicated staff at Northwest Center for Behavioral Health. We are currently accepting resumes for a Licensed Clinician to provide direct clinical services to individuals with mental illness on an individual, group, and family basis in the office and in community settings.  You will provide care management functions for individuals’ mental illness, including behavioral health issues and medical concerns.   You will develop and implement comprehensive care plans, coordinate and monitor referrals for medical and behavioral health services, monitor members’ care and condition, participate in discharge planning, and conduct post-discharge follow-up.

As a Licensed Clinician you must be able to demonstrate that you received a master’s degree in psychology, social work, guidance and counseling, or closely related field and currently are licensed as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC, or similar license in the behavioral health field.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Senior Triage Specialist
Completion of curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in psychology, social work, guidance and counseling, or closely related field. Must possess a license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC or similar license in the behavioral health field.

Triage Specialist II
Completion of curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in psychology, social work, guidance and counseling, or related behavioral health field and must be license-eligible or under super vision for licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC, or similar license in the behavioral health field.

Additional Factors for Consideration:
Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.
